VERY BEGINNER YOGA
This class is designed for students who are new to the practice of
yoga and need more attention gaining dexterity and stability in the
postures. It also for those who lack flexibility or have injuries
that prevents them from going to a Level 1 class. We will focus on
the details of alignment and the development of muscular core strength
at a slow pace.
GENTLE YOGA
The gentle class is designed for students interested in a slower, but
equally effective practice, to loosen and strengthen muscles while
calming the body and mind. This class gives you an opportunity to
safely build strength, mobility and balance, even if you’re healing
from injury or illness.
YOGA LEVEL I
Perfect place for beginners to start the yoga journey, and for experienced
students who want to practice at a slower pace. This class is also
for those recovering from injuries (doctors approval recommended).
We focus on gaining understanding of body mechanics, alignment, creating
ease in the basic yoga postures, Special instruction on breathing.
YOGA LEVEL I / II
This class is ideal for students transitioning from beginner's to intermediate;
Basic poses are explored with increasing detail interspersed with
a slower flowing sequence.
VINYASA FLOW
Open to all levels, although some experience is recommended. Focused
on dynamic and unique sequencing (vinyasa krama) of exercises incorporating
all elements of the Shakti Yoga style to achieve harmony and balance.
PILATES MAT
This class is for al levels of ability. Focus is on developing and
accessing our core strength to enhance our poses, breath more freely,
and to create stability and steadiness.
ZUMBA II
ZUMBA II is a dance fitness program that, like Zumba, incorporates
traditional cardio movements with Latin and international dance steps.
You've learned the basics now lets take it to the next level. Zumba
II features exotic new rhythms such as Flamenco, Tango, Belly dance,
Samba and more.

A core conditioning class designed to strengthen all the core muscles,
not just abs. Improve posture and create a stronger base for the
action of the extremities for sports, fitness and everyday tasks.
This class is structured while at the same time allowing participants
to focus on movement and muscle action without the limitation and
monotony of "reps". Grit Fit philosophy; learn and burn.
The music for this class will be primarily rock, hard rock, and
so will your core.

LATIN MOVES I: THE BASIC
Feeling left behind on the dance floor or your other dance- fitness
classes? Break down your favorite Latin dance moves from Salsa
to Cumbia. Learn and improve your rhythm, footwork, posture and
fitness as you strengthen your core and groove to new and old school
sensual Latin beats.
LATIN MOVES II: THE GROOVE
You've got the basics down, now take what you've learned in Latin
Moves I to the next level. We'll begin with a warm up, isolations
and a quick review of basic Latin dance steps, and move on to learn
a Latin-hip hop combination choreographed to your favorite fusion
club tracks.
HIP HOP VIDEO COMBO CLASS
This class is designed for dancers at all levels to learn, hone and
further develop Hip Hop dance skills while learning there favorite
music videos. A short warm up will be followed by a hip hop combination
that will grow and be repeated throughout class. this is an open
class so everyone is welcomed no matter the level or age.
